New Paper on use of Blockchains for Spectrum Sharing

A paper titled “Dynamic Spectrum Access via Smart Contracts on Blockchain” has been accepted at IEEE WCNC 2019 to be held in Marrakech, Morocco, from
15-18 April 2019.  The co-authors are Thirasara Ariyarathna, Prabodha Harankahadeniya, Saarrah Isthikar, Nethmi Pathirana, Dilum Bandara and Arjuna Madanayake. The work was conducted at the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and was part of a final year undergrad project in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. Congratulations ladies!
